Increase in-house and collaborative research and development to serve and advance the Mission of LVG.
Objectives Goal 2:
- Increase NT tissue placements and revenue.
- Increase contract research opportunities.
- Develop process for consistent low D-P timelines through internal and external collaboration.
- Increase grant submissions.
- Cell therapy program development – shift to NewCo in 2021.

Develop strategic expansion plan with emphasis on measured growth in the areas of tissue distribution, processing and new technologies, focusing on new markets where financial risks and benefits are understood.

- Increase tissue placement domestically and internationally.
- Increase and maintain import margins.
- Increase LVGs processing offerings via internal and external processing/contracting options.

- Grow recovery territory beyond Oregon, SW WA.
